Phuong grew up in Orlando, FL and immigrated to the US from Vietnam when she was three years old. She now lives in the New York City metro area and is an entrepreneur. Her business, Partners in Company, is a data science agency focused on serving clients in the financial/private equity sector. Previously, she worked for Deloitte in their Cyber and Corporate Restructuring practices.

While at UF, Phuong was actively involved as a MFOS Peer Mentor, Enactus, Delta Sigma Pi, Career and Academic Prep (CAP) Mentor, and was also a Reitz Scholar. In 2014, she was inducted into the UF Hall of Fame and was the recipient of the Outstanding Leader award.

After graduating, Phuong was an active member of the MFOS Leadership Council for 7 years, co-chaired the MFOS Alumni Council, and was the recipient of UF’s Young Philanthropist award in 2020.
